ATLANTA & NEW YORK | Various Positions – Construction Planning/Scheduling & Delay Analysis

Secretariat International is seeking planning/scheduling professionals with 5-10 years of experience in the construction or engineering industries to fill full-time positions in the Atlanta and New York offices. Candidates should possess considerable experience in construction planning and scheduling, as well as strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills. Tasks, usually in the context of litigation, span from research and fact-finding to detailed analysis, quantification of delay and damages, economic modeling, and case strategy.

Specific position requirements:

  • Master's degree or 4-year college degree in building construction, engineering or other related field;
  • Based on positions available, required experience levels will vary between 5 and 15 years in construction consulting involving expert witness work, claims review and preparation, contract administration, scheduling and project management;
  • Strong skills using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access, as well as scheduling software such as Primavera and Microsoft Project;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills(English as primary language);
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as a member of a team; and
  • Flexibility, creative problem solving skills;

These positions will assist with dispute resolution services, including construction scheduling, delay and disruption analysis. Candidates should possess strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills. Tasks, usually in the context of litigation, span from research and fact-finding to detailed analysis, quantification of delay and damages, economic modeling, and case strategy.
