Provided schedule delay analysis on a 160,000 square foot state-of-the-art performing arts center for a university in California, US. The US $125 million project includes a 1,700 seat performance hall and supporting classrooms and retail facilities.
Provided schedule delay expert witness services for the renovation and expansion of an existing international airport in Moscow, Russia. The US $1 billion project includes modernization of the existing terminals and phased expansion to include new runways and an entirely new terminal.
Provided delay and disruption expert analysis on the world's tallest building in Dubai, UAE. The US $1.5 billion project includes a hotel, residences, office space, mechanical floors and various retail facilities.
Provided expert witness testimony to a public entity in London, England on the construction of a lock and canal system. The lock is capable of holding two 350 tonne barges and will be used during construction of the 2012 Olympic facilities.
Provided delay and disruption schedule analysis on a commercial office complex in Moscow, Russia. The US $220 million project includes two 15-story and one 6-story office buildings of class 'A' office space and supporting retail facilities.
Provided witness services in regards to the delay experienced during the construction of a 1200 Mw combined-cycle power station in Spain. This project included the provision of several expert reports on delay in anticipation of arbitration.
Provided delay and disruption expert witness testimony on a commercial development in St. Petersburg, Russia on behalf of the owner. The US $120 million project included a mix of office and retail space. The dispute was in relation to the termination of the contractor's work and testimony was provided in SCC Arbitration.
Provided construction management and claims services to a public entity during construction of a US $1.4 billion pipeline between Baku, Azerbaijan and Ceyan, Turkey. At 1,768 km it is the second longest oil pipeline in the world.
Secretariat professionals provided construction claims services to the owner and operator of a €20 billion high speed rail network in Italy. One of the lines included 73.8 km of tunnels through the Apennines range - among the world's most difficult, varied and complex to tunnel through. The value of disputes exceeded €500 million.
Provided construction claims services and expert witness testimony on the US $130 million, 820,000 square foot construction of a Fortune 500 headquarters building in the Eastern United States. The building is separated into two multi-story towers with a plaza in between. The exterior is constructed entirely of glass with exposed elevator shafts that are illuminated at night.
Provided construction project management and claims services to a major owner and operator of high speed rail in the Far East during the construction of the US $15 billion, 335 km rail network. The project is one of the largest privately funded transport schemes to date.
Provided construction claims services and expert witness testimony to the contractor during construction of national stadium in the United Kingdom. The £800 million, 90,000 capacity stadium is the second largest in Europe and has the largest unsupported roof structure in the world.
Provided government contract claims services and expert testimony to the United States Department of Justice in defense of multi-billions of dollars in claims regarding nuclear fuel and construction. The engagement spans the entire nuclear industry and is one of the most complex litigations in the history of commercial nuclear power generation.
Secretariat professionals provided expert witness services in regards to the delay experienced during the construction of casino and hotel resort in Las Vegas. This project is the largest hotel and resort complex in the world.
Provided construction management and claims services to a multi-national contractor during construction of a US $100 million hospital facility in the Middle East.
Provided construction management consulting services to an owner and operator during construction of the world's first fully integrated value chain LNG venture. The US $12 billion project includes two world class liquefied natural gas trains and three storage tanks in the Middle East and a receiving terminal in the United Kingdom.
Provided construction claims services to a multi-national joint venture during the redevelopment of the US $390 million terminal building in the Middle East.
Secretariat professionals provided construction claim and expert witness line in the United Kingdom. Connecting central London to the Channel Tunnel, the line was the first high speed railway in the UK. The value of disputes exceeded £500 million.
Provided construction claims services to the owner during the construction of the 4.5 billion nuclear power plant in Europe. This is the first plant in the world to use next generation reactor technologies.
Provided construction claim services to an owner and operator during construction of a US $754 million gas processing plant project in Africa. The project is one of the largest wet gas joint development projects on the continent.
Provided construction claim services to one of the largest general contractors in the world during the design and construction of a £1.2 billion contract for the replacement of the underground railway service telecommunications and radio system in the United Kingdom.
Provided construction claim services to an owner and operator during construction of a US $500 million, 1200 MW combined-cycle power plant in the Far East.
Provided construction claims services to an owner and operator during construction of a US $3 billion petrochemical plant in Asia. The plant was the first large-scale, foreign-invested petrochemical plant of its size in the region.
Provided construction management and claims services to a large general contractor during construction of a US $225 million green transportation facility in the Eastern United States.
Provided construction claims and expert witness services on the US $70 million construction of high school educational facility in the Eastern United States.
Secretariat professionals provided building contractor in relation to a 52-story high rise resort complex in Miami. As part of this project, Secretariat professionals rescheduled the construction to allow for a multi-phased project completion.
Secretariat professional provided advice in relation to a US $360 million sulfur handling facility in the Middle East. Once completed the facility has the capacity to handle 12,000 tons of sulfur per day and store up to 180,000 tons as part of its storage facilities.
Secretariat professionals provided claim services on behalf of a group of international owners for the construction of a US $200 million natural gas compression platform off the coast of Mexico. Findings and opinions were presented in mediation.

Secretariat professionals provided claims services during the construction of a US $1.1 billion project. Construction included a 4.5 km twin bore tunnel, the longest road tunnel in an urban area in Europe.

Secretariat professionals provided construction management and claims services during construction of a US $450 million highway project in Southern United States. The project includes one of the busiest highway junctions in the United States.
